Overview

Please read these Terms of Service before accessing or using our website.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

 

Delivery

We use PostNord, GLS, and DAO for most shipments, however, orders can also be picked up within opening hours at our store.

Delivery times vary depending on the end location and chosen delivery method. We do not guarantee delivery times.

Risk

The risk for the product transfers to you as a customer when the package is handed over to the freight company.

Cancellation

When you shop at our online store, you have 14 days to cancel your purchase from the day you receive the goods, however, food items (coffee) and courses are non-refundable under Danish law.

Payment

We offer payment with Visa / Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mobilepay, and Klarna. We do not charge card fees.

The Den Coffee Bar is using Stripe to handle online purchases and does not keep information on payment instruments such as card numbers on debit cards, bank account numbers, or the like.

All amounts are stated including VAT in Danish kroner (DKK), and transportation costs are excluded, they will be displayed at the checkout before completing the order.

The Den Coffee Bar reserves the right to cancel orders without subject to notice on account of typos, technical errors, changes in VAT and taxes, sold-out items, or force majeure.

Courses

After booking and purchasing a course you will receive an order confirmation via email. You don’t need to do anything else after that except attend the course. Our courses are strictly for amateurs and home enthusiasts. If you would like a course for professionals or an event for a company, please get in touch with us via hello@thedendk.com

Purchases of tickets for courses and events are not refundable under Danish law ( § 17 stk. 2 jf. § 9 stk. 2 nr. 2a). We reserve the right to cancel a course or event in case of fewer than the minimum required participants.

Right of Complain

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us via hello@thedendk.com

Personal data policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, contact number, and email address.

We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item or service requested to you. The personal information is registered and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. In addition, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it.
